Information for Presentations
Oral presentations
For oral contributions, presentation time is 20 minutes. In all sessions, PC projection (MS PowerPoint 2000 or 97), standard 35mm projector and an overhead projector will be available. DVD, CD, USB memory stick or 3.5” diskettes CD or floppy disk must be delivered to the IT person during registration. Speakers on the first session of meeting must deliver their presentation on Wednesday 19 till 14.00. An IT specialist will be available to assist speakers in loading and testing of their presentations. Authors are reminded to collect their CD's, disks or transparencies at the end of their session. The official language of the symposium is English. No translation into other languages will be provided.
Poster presentations
Posters must only be displayed in the designated area located in the foyer of the Hall 6B during the entire meetings. Maximum size for posters is 90cm wide by 150cm high. The title and author(s) must appear at the top of the poster and the use of characters that can be read at a distance of 1 meter is recommended.
Where possible, presenters are kindly requested to be available for discussion during lunch and coffee breaks. Authors are requested to remove their posters at the end of the meeting on Friday 21 April. |
